THIS IS FOR ONE IMAGE - EACH DESIGN WILL REQUIRE A LICENSE IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO PRINT AND SELL DESIGNS - NOT FINISHED PRODUCTS.

Terms of Service

Effective Date: [JANUARY 2025]

By purchasing a license for any of our digital designs, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our designs.

 License Agreement

When you purchase a license for a design from BROKE  MOMS DIGITAL DESIGNS, you are granted a commercial license to use the design as follows:

1. Permitted Uses

You may use the licensed design to create and sell printed physical items, including but not limited to:

• Direct-to-Film (DTF) Transfers

• Sublimation Transfers

• Fabric

• Decals

• UV DTF Products

• Screenprints

Uploading the design to platforms such as print-on-demand services (e.g., Redbubble, Printful, or Zazzle) for automated production 

Prohibited Uses

The following activities are not permitted under this agreement:

1. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital design file in its original or modified format.

2. Claiming the design as your own work.

2. Ownership and Copyright

All digital designs remain the sole property of BROKE MOMS DIGITAL DESIGNS. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership of the design to you. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and granted only for the specific purposes outlined in these Terms of Service.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of licenses & designs are final. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not offered once a license has been purchased and the file has been downloaded.

4. Liability Disclaimer

BROKE MOMS DIGITAL DESIGNS is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the designs, including but not limited to

• Print quality issues due to improper handling or file alterations.

• Legal disputes arising from use of the design beyond the scope of the purchased license.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
